Many safety shoe issues don’t appear during sampling — they surface later, when timelines tighten, materials change slightly, or production pressure increases.

My work is mainly about spotting these risks early:
• bulk consistency
• compliance stability
• production-side compromises buyers rarely see

I don’t position myself as a “sales person”.
I work closer to the factory floor, where small decisions often lead to big problems after shipment.

Most of what I share here comes from daily factory observations — not marketing materials.
